Does the booked time include setup and breakdown?

Your proposal will specify the on-site time and scope. Unless it says otherwise, allow time within the booking for loading in, setting up, testing, and packing equipment.

What happens if the event runs longer than planned?

We can discuss extending coverage if our schedule permits. Any additional hours and their rate should be approved before we continue beyond the booked time.

Are travel, parking, and equipment rentals included?

The proposal identifies what is included. Any travel, parking, special access fees, or additional rentals outside the listed scope will be discussed before booking or approved as a change.
